Descriptif du poste

Mission:

Reporting to the Chief Integration and Transformation Officer, the role leads strategic Data projects across the Group, with the aim of making data a driver of performance, management and value creation for the business functions.
In an international, multi-entity and multi-brand environment, the role contributes to structuring the Group’s Data capabilities by leading high-impact transformation projects, supporting business functions in the use of data and laying the foundations for sustainable Data governance.
Acting as a true orchestrator, the Data Transformation Lead coordinates business departments, support functions, technical teams and external partners to ensure the management, delivery and success of projects. The role involves regular interaction with the Executive Committee and the various governance bodies to align Data initiatives with the Group’s strategic priorities. Together with the IT Department, the Data Transformation Lead ensures that the Group’s data infrastructure is sufficiently robust and secure, while keeping costs under control.

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Strategic Data Projects:

- Lead a portfolio of Data projects from scoping to production, including data visualization.

- Ensure that commitments relating to quality, costs, deadlines and value creation are met.

- Work towards the convergence of data reporting tools and data definitions.

- Improve data quality and reliability.

- Provide regular reporting to the Executive Committee and governance bodies.

Coordinate Stakeholders:
- Coordinate the business departments, support functions, technical teams and external partners involved in Data projects in all countries.

- Align stakeholders with differing challenges and priorities to ensure project progress and decision-making.

- Prepare and lead steering committees and governance bodies.

- Support business functions during the testing, deployment and solution-adoption phases.

Structure the Data Transformation:
- Contribute to defining and implementing the Group’s Data roadmap in terms of ambition, costs and timelines.

- Define and deploy methods, processes and best practices for managing Data projects.

- Contribute to structuring Data governance and increasing the maturity of the Group’s various entities.

- Contribute to enhancing the value and quality of data in support of performance and decision-making.

- In coordination with the IT Department, define a target data-management architecture that ensures reliability, security and controlled costs.

Management:
- Manage a team consisting of a Data Engineer and potentially a Junior Data Analyst / Revenue Operations ensuring their development, support and skills enhancement.

- Define the team’s priorities, organise workloads and ensure the quality of deliverables

- Develop a culture of collaboration, rigour, continuous improvement and results orientation

Profil

Experience:
A minimum of five years’ experience in managing Data, digital or transformation projects.
Proven experience in leading strategic projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Experience in an international, multi-entity or matrix environment.
Experience in structuring an activity, Data governance or a Data function would be a significant asset.

Skills:
Master of project management methodologies.
Strong delivery culture and ability to turn a roadmap into concrete achievements.
High degree of rigour in scheduling, planning and management.
Cross-functional leadership: ability to influence, bring together and coordinate stakeholders at various levels and across different functions, without direct hierarchical authority.
Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills, with confidence in interactions with the Executive Committee and governance bodies.
Good understanding of the issues relating to data governance, data quality, Business Intelligence and the use of data to create value for business functions.
Use of LLMs to design dashboards that meet business needs quickly and agilely.

Working Environment:
Reporting to the Transformation Department, the Data Transformation Lead operates across the Group in an international, multi-brand and multi-entity environment.
The role requires a strong ability to influence, coordinate and align stakeholders with differing challenges, priorities and levels of maturity. It involves regular interaction with the Executive Committee, business departments, support functions, the IT Department, external partners and the Group’s French and international teams.
Occasional travel to Italy, Spain, the UK or Germany is required

Languages:
Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory, as the role involves regular interaction with international teams and the Group’s various European entities
